Is your koaa product defective? Don't worry—we'll take care of it!

If the damage occurs within the warranty period, you can simply fill out our complaint form and we will get back to you.

 

How it works:

  • We need your information to keep you updated on the status of your complaint.

  • We treat your information strictly confidentially and only pass it on to our partners who process the complaint.

  • If necessary, our partner team will contact you by email or – if you provide your number – by phone.
