If all items are in stock, you will receive your order within the timeframes specified above. If a product requires longer processing time, we will wait to ship until all ordered items are ready to ship.

The order or parts of the order can be canceled within 21 days of delivery and returned for a flat rate return fee of €2.00.

To do this, proceed as follows:

1. Go to koaa Retoure and follow the steps there.
2. Print out the return label and attach it to the packaging. Use the second adhesive strip on the inside to securely seal the package.
3. Drop off the package at the selected return location.

General return instructions

1. The cancellation period is 21 days from receipt of the goods; after this time, access to the returns portal is no longer possible.
2. It is also possible to drop off the item at another return location of the selected shipping service provider.
3. The purchase price of the returned order/item will be refunded via the respective payment method within ten business days of the package being received by the sender, less a return fee of €2.00. Any shipping costs paid will not be refunded.

Exchange

1. A direct exchange is possible under our "HappyKids" promise.
2. If you would like a different product or size, you must return the desired product and place a new order via https://koaa.world/ .
