How can I return an order?
The order or parts of the order can be canceled within 21 days of delivery and returned for a flat rate return fee of €2.00.
To do this, proceed as follows:
- Go to koaa Retoure and follow the steps there.
- Print out the return label and attach it to the packaging. Use the second adhesive strip on the inside to securely seal the package.
- Drop off the package at the selected return location.
General return instructions
- The cancellation period is 21 days from receipt of the goods; after this time, access to the returns portal is no longer possible.
- It is also possible to drop off the item at another return location of the selected shipping service provider.
- The purchase price of the returned order/item will be refunded via the respective payment method within ten business days of the package being received by the sender, less a return fee of €2.00. Any shipping costs paid will not be refunded.
Exchange
- A direct exchange is possible under our "HappyKids" promise.
- If you would like a different product or size, you must return the desired product and place a new order via https://koaa.world/ .
