How can I return an order?

The order or parts of the order can be canceled within 21 days of delivery and returned for a flat rate return fee of €2.00.

To do this, proceed as follows:

  1. Go to koaa Retoure and follow the steps there.
  2. Print out the return label and attach it to the packaging. Use the second adhesive strip on the inside to securely seal the package.
  3. Drop off the package at the selected return location.

General return instructions

  1. The cancellation period is 21 days from receipt of the goods; after this time, access to the returns portal is no longer possible.
  2. It is also possible to drop off the item at another return location of the selected shipping service provider.
  3. The purchase price of the returned order/item will be refunded via the respective payment method within ten business days of the package being received by the sender, less a return fee of €2.00. Any shipping costs paid will not be refunded.

Exchange

  1. A direct exchange is not possible.
  2. If you would like a different product or size, you must return the desired product and place a new order via https://koaa.world/ .


Shipping information

  1. Delivery within Germany is generally three to five business days from the order date. Delivery outside of Germany and within Europe is five to ten business days. For deliveries outside of Europe, delivery can take up to 15 business days.
  2. Shipping within Germany costs €4.90 and is free for orders over €50.00. Shipping to other EU countries and Switzerland costs €9.90. Shipping to other EU countries and Switzerland is free for orders over €70.00. Shipping to other countries costs €34.90.
  3. If the ordered product is not available, Fidu Brands GmbH may withdraw from the contract. In this case, the customer will be informed immediately. If necessary, the customer will be informed of the extended delivery time or offered a comparable product. If no comparable product is available or desired, the price will be refunded immediately.
  4. If delivery delays occur due to force majeure or events such as strikes, lockouts, or official orders, Fidu Brands GmbH is not bound by binding deadlines. In these cases, Fidu Brands GmbH is entitled to postpone delivery.
  5. If the customer defaults on acceptance, Fidu Brands GmbH may resell the goods to third parties or hold the original buyer liable for losses.
  6. Fidu Brands GmbH is entitled to make partial deliveries.
